We are happy to install new piled foundations, or just the piles if required, for multiple housing plots, commercial properties, domestic extensions or even a front porch or boundary wall.

Purkelly offer a range of auger bored piles from 100mm up to 350mm DIA dependent on the structure loadings using the open bored, temporary cased or hollow stem auger (CFA) techniques. We also offer steel cased driven piles of 150mm and 220mm diameters to complete the full pile range. Once on site, our projects are led by an experienced manager and the same site foreman remains there for the duration. All staff are appropriately trained and qualified.

Purkelly site staff are fully aware of which aspects of the construction needed to be inspected. We work within strict programmes that are arranged with the professional advisor or main contractor to enable these inspections to be carried out effectively by Supervisory Officers and Local Authority inspectors without delaying the overall progress of the contract.

We are registered members of ASUC (The Association of underpinning contractors) – so we have everything in place to ensure expertise, quality and reassurance for your projects.
